No need! We provide all necessary equipment, including mats, reformers, and props. However, you’re welcome to bring your own mat or towel if you prefer.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid clothes with zippers or buttons. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene, especially in reformer classes.

You can book classes easily through our website or mobile app. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.

Yes! All of our instructors are fully certified in Pilates and have extensive experience working with clients of all fitness levels, including those with injuries or special considerations.

Yes, our studio operates year-round. Currently, all classes are offered in English, but some of our instructors are bilingual and can accommodate French-speaking clients upon request.
